![]() ![]() Clearly, this seems to suggest that Final Fantasy VII Remake will be coming to Steam at some point down the road and Epic merely grabbed exclusivity for the title out of the gate, much as the publisher has done in the past. Specifically, when searching for this ID number in question via SteamDB, it can be seen that Square Enix created a private page for the game all the way back in October 2020. When digging into the files of the game, an AppID was discovered that points back to Steam. FFXV was originally supposed to be a trilogy, too, and FFXIII also has three games to the series.According to user on social media, the PC version of Final Fantasy VII Remake has hinted at a release for Steam in the future. Yes, Square will make some good money from this but also keep in mind the reason they put this project off for all this time was because it was extremely difficult and costly to do so it warrants this price tag because, technically, FF7's world and scope is huge. hack or Xenosaga games? I certainly didn't feel it was for Xenosaga at least. Of course, this could be very wrong in the end.Ħ episodes each being a full length game too much? Tell me would paying full price for Final Fantasy VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XII been to much? That is the level of content we are getting after all. As far as we know it is most likely 3, from what everyone is estimating based on episode 1's content coverage. Square is gonna make some good money now. Sure, there will be a lot of people who will play only the first part but considering how loved the game is, a lot of people will want to play it all. Technically it'd be enough content, but paying 60 $ for every episode? Just how many are they planning? Something tells me the whole game is gonna have at least 6 eps and that would be really too much money. Originally posted by Xengre:Would 30-80 hours be enough? I'm going to get it regardless just because of the place in my heart that game holds from my late childhood. (I know there's more, but 60 dollars more? I'm gonna have to see alot more story added in for the price to be justified. The demo is alot of disc 1 of the original game. But honestly, I just dont see the price being justified, especially the digital deluxe, which is the version I preordered. Loved the combat, the graphics, and dialogue. Cloud, my dude, I get it, you act surprised and question stuff, but do you seriously have to moan like 5 times in 2 seconds every 3 seconds? Who's brilliant idea was to prevent the player from exploring the area, searching for goodies? Inside the Mako reactor, if you try to go anywhere other than ladders, lady will yell at you and camera will focus on your destination.Ĥ. Who's brilliant idea was to make everyone speak so much? Just let me get pass the lasers, stop praising me for every single thing I do lady! It's like "there there, baby learned to play a game", knock it the hell off, I don't want you praising me over something so minor.ģ. Who's brilliant idea was to interrupt the gameplay with so many unnecessary "hold the button" prompts and unnecessary cutscenes that I could play through instead of watching?Ģ. Don't take what I say too seriously, I'm easily annoyed by things some may consider "minor". ![]()
